PDF data-sheet v.1.6 error problem

As far as I know I've correctly installed this contribution but for some reason I'm getting this error:

FPDF error: Some data has already been output, can't send PDF file

 

any help would be great in this matter....I've searched everywhere but it's hard to get an exact answear regarding this.

well I figured out some of this so far.......many hours spent here.

 

I had to turn in the config file of my admin:

 

Save the generated document on the server

Shall the generated document be saved on the server? Values: 0 = No, 1 = Yes

 

to enable and that got it going!!!!!

 

Ok I have some questions, can someone help me out here, if so that would be great!!!!!

 

Where is the size of the logo? My image is not that big but for some reason it's stretching it out. Also can I center it or place it somewhere else?
