JATO Posted November 17, 2006 Posted November 17, 2006 using EP 2.79b don't know what all this v_attribute_values_name_5_1_1 v_attribute_values_name_5_1_2 v_attribute_values_name_5_1_3 etc. etc. etc. is in the EP downloaded file. can't find mention of how they are suppose to work in the EP User Manual either. Does EP ignore these if I leave 'em blank? How would I make them work if I wanted to? Quote
Jack_mcs Posted November 17, 2006 Posted November 17, 2006 Product Attributes are made up of three parts: the option, value and attribute (see admin->catalog->products attributes). So each attribute takes up, at least, three columns in EP. the best way to set up your file is to download one using EP. That way, all of your attribute columns will be set up as they should be. There is an option, at least in V 2.76, that allows you to disable or limit which attributes are used in the file.
