Produduct Import

Any suggestions for modules that will import products from a CSV or XSL, I have downloaded Easy Populator 290b_1 but am unsure if I have the correct version of OS Commerce and also not sure if I need any other modules already installed for it to work. Sorry, but the documentation seems a little spotty and I am unsure how to go about installing it. I dont want to hose the store. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated.

 

I have all manufacturers already loaded, Just need to import porducts and product options/attributes.
