Delete Bulk Products Via Product Code

Hi,

 

I am looking for a way to delete products from my site that have been discontinued by the supplier.

 

The list I have received today has over 100 products that need removing and I have only be supplied with the product codes from the supplier.

 

This proves a problem as you cannot search via product code in the admin panel.

 

Is there a way that this can be achieved in one clean sweep rather than the painstaking process of finding the product on the site, locating it in the admin, deleting, confirm deleting?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

no worried i've sorted it now

 

log into phpmyadmin

select products from the left hand side

select browse from the right hand side

check the product id's you wish to delete

select delete all checked items

 

job done

 

a lot of time saved
