Nightmare, cant put any products into shop

I can't seem to insert any products at all, i put the information in the description, qty's etc and i can preview the page but i get error message everytime saying warning: no file uploaded.

 

I can upload manufacturers logos and my banner no problem but not anythig under product description

 

Am i missing something ?

its telling you that you haven't uploaded a pictre but the product has been added..If you click confirm then it will complete the insertion

ok tried that so i now have all the description that i need and it says file upload successful but when i try to move on by clicking " insert " button it doesnt work, it is tho the button is not there :(
