Over the top Shipping Price

I have recently installed this and set up all the zones etc. for shipping

 

I have fixed price for UK customers of ?4.25

Fixed price for Europe Customers of ?6

and Zone Price for Zone 1 countries of ?7.25.

 

However, when US persons put in an order it tells them the shipping for a 2lb item is anything between ?2,000 to ?4,000 (yes that is thousand)

 

how can I get it to work properly?

What is displayed under "Zone 1 Shipping Table" when you edit the module in admin? What do you enter for products_weight when you edit a product?

I tried 1.4 (lbs) and 650(g) neither make a huge difference.

 

I left the default table in to see if it was me, still no difference.

You didn't entirely answer my question - I wanted to see exactly what you have in both the module and for products weight on the product edit page

Product edit page weight currently at 650.00 (it doesn't say but is this suppossed to be in lbs or kg?

 

Module shipping, zone rate table:

 

3:8.50,7:10.50,99:20.00

Sorted, all to do with the tare weight and max package weight.

 

I had it in g and it should be in lbs.

 

I have no way of choosing in my version (don't know why?)

The lbs can be changed in /includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/zones.php
