Need some type of Time Payment option

Hi,

 

The store sells for full payment but some people want to buy their larger furniture purchases on 'time'.

 

Whilst they can check the pay by Money Order/Check etc. we would also need somewhere for them to request it be on 'Time Payment' and a link to a Credit Application form which we would create.

 

Any ideas?
