The discounted pricing is only being reflected under certain products and completely missing under others. 2. When people click through to the checkout, they appear in someone else's shopping cart. If anyone has a solution, would be very grateful. Many Thanks, Simon The crossed shopping carts are caused by cross SID's (session Id's). This can happen of someone gives someone the URL from address bar in the browser. The SID is part of that address and they will connect to the same shopping cart as the person they got the link from. Sometimes, this happens when customers to not log off. Build a log off routine into the end of your checkout_process.php. The discounted price error must be coming from the DB make sure all the discounted listed correctly in the specials section of your admin. Just between us, remember there are only 10 kinds of people in the world; those who understand binary and those who don't!! Remember, learning is a "do-it-yourself" experience; although, not necessarily a "do-it-BY-yourself" experience. The quickest way to learn is to forget to BACKUP!
