JamesS
Today, when I was accessing my site, my virus scan kept popping up saying I had a trojan virus. Upon searching this forum I found some other people had the same issues at one point or another and followed what they said to locate the issue. What I found was that on all my index.php files had an <iframe> code added to the bottom. I deleted all of them, but am not sure of how secure my site is now. 1. How do these trojans get on the site? 2. What is there purpose? 3. Do I need to be worried someone has hacked my site and can potentially pull customer info going forward? 4. What precautions do I need to take to make sure this is removed and that it will not happen again? Does anyone have any additional info on this? user99999999
I would ask your hosting company to check it. They can find out how it was done. Once its cleaned up then change all you passwrods. Make sure you have no virus/keyloger/etc on your PC.
