different prices for local customers and for international customers

Hi,

 

Is there a possibility to create different prices for local customers and for international customers?

 

It should work like that:

 

Local customers, from my country (israel) , will see ONLY local prices & local currency . BUT international customers will see products F.O.B prices, ONLY in USD or EURO ??

 

AND international customers will see the website only in English and locals only in Hebrew ??

 

Is it possible to achieve or I am only a dreamer
