Product Not Found problems

Hi Guys,

 

When I click on any of the category links the page just keeps returning the frontpage and when I click on any of the product links the page throws up the message "Product not found!"

 

The last change I recall making to the website is one of these (I can't remember off hand):

 

phpMailer4osC - smtp with authentication

 

or

 

smtp through the authentication smtp server

 

Would the incorrect implementation of the above script cause the problems I'm seeing?
