Image URL to long to use?

I would greatly help any advice on this problem, I am using EZ populate to add my products, but using an outside website for my images, the image URLs are pretty long? When I load them into EZ populate and upload it, OSC cuts off the end of the URL, so needless to say the images don?t work. I know there is a way to stop it from shortening the image URL. Any help? Thanks again.

Thank you for the help, but that is not quite what im looking for, I have several thousand images stored at my wholesaler's website. I have fixed this problem before with some help, but I cant remember how to do it. There is a way to change how many characters osc will allow in the images sectiom, can anyone help me?

go into phpMyadmin to the database.

find the table "products" and select it.

then select to edit products_image

just change the length/values to whatever you need

That didnt quite do it either, or maybe im just not understanding. My image urls are about 40 characters long each, when I upload then into osc, it cuts off the end of the image url. Im pretty sure that this needs to be changes in myphpadmin, but I cant find where, or how to do it.

at your host there should be a control panel or whatever they call it. Once there it will be listed as PHPMyadmin or databases or mysql or something like that. go there and follow previous directions.
