Seems that support for this module, which is quite good, has been abandoned.

 

I'm trying to help people that are having problems with it, but, seeing as I didn't write it, I don't have intimate knowledge of the code.

 

I'd appreciate other people familiar with this shipping module helping me out a bit, but, from what I've seen on this forum, I'm not going to hold my breath waiting.
