Major Problem with Orders

I hope someone can help me with this. When an order is placed on my website using the latest version of osCommerce and LinkPoint Central, the transaction goes through, but I have no idea what was purchased. The order is not being recorded in the database and it doesn't show up in the admin panel under Customers>Orders. I get an e-mail from LinkPoint Central that has the customer's name, address, and order total, but the subtotal shows 0, the tax shows 0, and the shipping shows 0, even when all those charges go through. There is nothing telling me what was purchased. I called LinkPoint tech support and they said it was a problem with my shopping cart.

Can anyone tell me why osCommerce would not recored the products purchased into the database and show them in the admin panel? Thanks for any help, John

No, they never leave my site. It is a standard merchant account that allows me to take credit card orders on my website. The only thing I had to configure on LinkPoint Central was the following:

Submission Form URL (text only):

http://www.discwritecd.com/catalog/checkout_confirmation.php

Confirmation URL (text only):

http://www.discwritecd.com/catalog/checkout_success.php

Failure Page (text only):

http://www.discwritecd.com/catalog/checkout_confirmation.php

I tried setting the Confirmation URL to the same as the Submission Form URL, but it caused the order to be run again and threw and error.

does the customer have to leave your site to pay on linkpoint central?

OK, here's the answer in case anyone is interested. No thanks to LinkPoint's tech support. I had to figure it out myself by trying different pages in the Confirmation URL.

the Confirmation URL should be set to http://www.yourwebsite/catalog/checkout_process.php

That way the order gets recorded in the database and shows up in the admin panel under Customer Orders.
