Protx problem and Flat rate shipping problem

Hello everyone,

 

I am currently working on two OSC sites, and have a problem on each.

 

Firstly, I am trying to add a Protx contribution to one (using the following contribution: Protx contribution ). I followed the instructions and the option to install the Protx system doesn't appear in the admin section like it said it would.

 

Ok problem number two! LOL

 

On a second site, I am trying to change the shipping rates (such as flat rate). I type the new information, and press install, the changes aren't made. It simply reverts back to default.

 

I hate to keep posting these "please help me" posts, but i need help LOL. Thanks in advance for any help you guys can offer.
