How to put daily downloads onto my site ?

I am trying for the first time to download the daily inventory from www.hotbuy4u.com - I am a complete newbie to this and would really appreciate is somebody could talk me through the process step-by-step and without too much technical language.

 

I have downloaded the inventory to Excel - it is all in the correct order.

 

I have downloaded and unzipped the photos - saved into a file on my desktop.

 

What I can't work out is how to get these files onto my site. The screen I have asks the following :

 

1. Import Catalogues File

2. Split catalogues file big dimension

3. Input Catalog's file from directory temp/:

4. Inactivate all current products' status : click Inactivate

 

I suspect that this screen holds all the answers - and once I've done it one time I'll be fine,
