Hopefully a quick fix

Here is my most recent layout. I am trying to get that star image to the right of the scuba graphic out of there and I can't find what page it is on. I put the darn thing there and now I am lost in my own php.

 

If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.

Its on index.php - its table_background_default.gif - simplest thing is to save a copy of pixel_trans.gif named as table_background_default.gif and upload that to your server :)
