Fix size of the body

One way I do that is to open /includes/header.php and put

 

<table width="770" border="0" align="center" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0">

<tr>

<td>

at the very top then open /includes/footer.php and put

</td>

</tr>

</table>

 

at the very bottom.

There are also contributions that help with this. Like this one

Your center content is pretty wide though so that is going to have to be changed to have it fit any specific size.

is there another way of doing this beside resizing the header and footer? i want to resize the body if its possible.
