Can I add Easy Populate to existing modified site?

Hi,

Newbie here - took over an existing site to complete the build of osc site and love the options of Easy Populate. The site has many modifications. I need to finish it up with out losing weeks of work. Store Owner will be managing products through osc admin. He would like to use excel to add products and download for inventory.

Any suggestions?
