Guest Posted November 7, 2006 Posted November 7, 2006 A client of mine has just switched to our hosting company, and after we installed OS Commerce for her and restored her database, everything is fine until someone tries to check out. They are getting a 404 error on the checkout_shipping.php file. I've verified that the file is there, it's in the correct place, and the permissions are set correctly (644). Can anybody offer any ideas as to how to solve this? It's a live site, so obviously the sooner the better. Guest Posted November 7, 2006 Posted November 7, 2006 This looks a lot like our problem as well. Note that there is no slash after ".com" as shown below. https://clippercitycarwash.comcheckout_shipping.php Put something in the basket and try to go to the next step..... page not found. http://clippercitycarwash.com/catalog/ Where do I begin to look for the source of this error? Inserting the slash produces a 404 error. Parsing error? Is it the Verisign/payflow payment module I installed or is it a osCommerce configuration issue?"
