order problem

Right this mite sound funny but i have a site that i don't want to order stuff online ie they have to phone me up.

I thought i had this but some how ppl are still some how getting to order. i installed a addon to stop this that the buy it botton is changed to phone for price.

But i still get orders any one tell my why.

 

This is now bugging me loads now.
