The continue button, however, is and when clicked states: Your E-Mail Address does not appear to be valid - please make any necessary corrections. Obviously this is because they can't fill anything in in the first place. That is why there are not text entry fields. Either replace your contact_us.php with the original, or replace your code with the example I provided (but backup yours first!). Hope this helps. shooter-boy Posted November 6, 2006 Posted November 6, 2006 No problems D4. If you want to include your store details somewhere, create an about_us page and go through the processes to add it in. Then you can present custom text and HTML it to look however you want etc., and it won't interfere with the form. I think there are details on how to do it in the osC docs.
