How Can I Dictate Which Products Show in the

Can anyone please inform me of how i can select which products to display on my homepage under the what's new section?

 

www.fancydressretail.co.uk

 

It always shows these products and i need to be able to switch as the seasons do.

 

any help would be highly appreciated.
