Jayson Wonder Posted November 5, 2006 Posted November 5, 2006 Hi All, I am probably stupid for asking this and I probably should have tried to figure this out before using oscommerce. I have installed MS2.2 and have set-up my store for my client. Aside from some mior cosmetic details and other minor operational tweaks I am working on, things are working pretty fine (except for paypal orders do not show up???). Here is the big problem. At this point my client wants me to manage the admin section and basic configuration. They do not have experince with servers / hosting and are gernaeraly not very tech savy, this is why I was helping them out. Is there a way that I can give then limted access to parts of the admin section? For instance, to the customers / orders section, perhaps the newsleter, etc. and eventually catelouge so they can edit their products? Basically there are only a few tasks that they really need to perfom, like order status, invoice, packing slip, etc. Is this possible or must I give them full accees to the admin area. Hope this makes sense. Thanks,
Jayson Wonder Posted November 8, 2006 Author Posted November 8, 2006 Does anyone know what I mean or understand what I am trying to achieve here?
