patcheah Posted November 5, 2006 Posted November 5, 2006 Hi, need help I understand that the shipping weight is rounded up as a total unit. For example 0.5 is rounded to 1.0 how do i stop the rounding up? Please help
patcheah Posted November 6, 2006 Author Posted November 6, 2006 :( Appriciate if some member can help me on this. when I enter the product weight, it that is pound of KG because it does not allow me to select KG or pound and when it compute the shipping charges, the system show is pound. When I enter the rate zone tables rate, I enter as KG. How do I rectify this. Please help.
