Changing hover colors in checkout_payment.php???

I installed a skin, but the hover colors hide the text behind it....

 

 

I want to change the blue hover (or white text) so it can be viewed properly.

Anyone know where they are?

 

I tried the css file but there are too many options in there :(

I got rid of that part but I think it is .moduleRowOver { and .moduleRowSelected { . Make a backup first.
