Serious Problem

This is the second time this has happened. Yesterday I had two people

online at the same time from the same state (FL), they both placed

orders. The second order came through on the first user's credit card and billed the first user's card.

She sent me an email today telling me that a fraudulent order had been

placed. The other person called today to check on her order...which I

had cancelled and voided (it being billed to the previous persons order).

 

 

I am not sure how to remedy this problem or what could be causing it but both of these folks feel the site is not very secure.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the lead.

 

I have the Search Engine Friendly Contribution which requires to force cookies so I can't use the Session Regeneration.

 

Can you people go to the site and test it for me please.

What I get is, if I click buy now from the list of product it puts 2 products in the cart instead of one and sometimes it just puts products which I don't ask for.

 

I'd be really gratefull if people report on what they get.
