sophiesden Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 I have done nothing to my store today except for making a back up copy of the store, which involved creating and downloading a backup copy of my site and SQL database via my hosting control panel. After I had done this I checked my store about 10minutes latter and the store works fine except for the products/categories. They seem to have vanished. When you click on any of them you get a 404 error page. However when you click on thinks like links, shopping cart etc they all work fine. In admin section of os all my products are in tact and fine. In my SQL data base the products seem to be fine as well. I have tried to reinstall the website but nothing changes. Still no products in store How do I get my products to show up again in my store? What went wrong Heres my site http://sophiesden.com (it is an adult toy shop for those easily offended)

If you havent done a recent backup, doing this will lose any products added since last backup. It will automatic up date the site. Nick

♥Vger Posted November 4, 2006 Posted November 4, 2006 Go to your admin panel --> Configuration --> Ultimate SEO URL's and set it to false. Obviously the server your site is on is either not Apache based, or else it is Apache based but does not have Mod Rewrite enabled. Vger
