Images not appear in IE

Hi...

 

 

I've got a problem here.When i browse my website using internet explorer,all my images is unavailable.But,if i'm using firefox and opera,all working perfectly.

 

I've gone to deep search about this matter and found few solutions but didn't working for my problem.So,i need your help.By the way,below is my config.php.

 

By the way,my site is not inside a folder (catalog).
