Stop the emails

Hello.

I keep getting between 50 - 100 emails per day from the forums.

All email options are unchecked in "My Controls"

How do I stop the emails?

you may have subscribed yourself to a whole forum group ... check your settings.

I have unchecked all items in the email option.

I still keep getting the emails.

I said subscriptions, not emails. Recheck....
