Guest Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 I've installed this contribution without a problem and its great. However, I'm having a small problem when uploading an EP file. It only uploads the first record. Even if I download the EP file from OSC and then try uploading the file EP created it still only does record 1. If I remove record 1 and make Record 2 the first record in the file it uploads record 2 but nothing after that. I hope this makes sense. Cn anyone make any suggestions on how I can resolve this? Jack_mcs Posted November 3, 2006 Posted November 3, 2006 Try creating a one line file using the example file that comes with it. Be sure to change the category name to some non-existent category so it can be easily deleted. If that works, then the problem is in your main file. I would suspect one of the fields is not correct. You should read through the install file since it lists what fields are required. You might be missing the model number, for example.
