Well, it's almost complete with just a few little thing to fix but when the DNS change propagated, big problems, and I couln't work it out until it did propogate.

Here is the question. When your in the admin section of the shopping cart, you have a link at the top right 'Online Catalog'

How do I change the address of this link as it is going to the wrong place.

Thanks

David

Thanks, I have checked and updated /catalog/admin/includes/configure.php and also /catalog/includes/configure.php

Do you know which setting exactly in admin/includes/configure.php is responsible for this link in the admin section???

I have tried changing the paths in this file one by one and testing but to no avail.

Thanks

David

Any that say catalog

  define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://localhost'); // eg, http://localhost - should not be empty for productive servers
 define('HTTP_CATALOG_SERVER', 'http://localhost');
 define('HTTPS_CATALOG_SERVER', '');
 define('ENABLE_SSL_CATALOG', 'false'); // secure webserver for catalog module
 define('DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT', 'c:/program files/easyphp1-8/www/'); // where the pages are located on the server
 define('DIR_WS_ADMIN', '/admin/'); // absolute path required
 define('DIR_FS_ADMIN', 'c:/program files/easyphp1-8/www/admin/'); // absolute pate required
 define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/'); // absolute path required
 define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', 'c:/program files/easyphp1-8/www/'); // absolute path required

Any that say absolute path required , the absolute path can be found in the admin section under Tools - File Manager.

If that info is all correct look in catalog/admin/includes/header.php line 24 should be

	<td class="headerBarContent" align="right"><?php echo '<a href="http://www.oscommerce.com" class="headerLink">' . HEADER_TITLE_SUPPORT_SITE . '</a>  |  <a href="' . tep_catalog_href_link() . '" class="headerLink">' . HEADER_TITLE_ONLINE_CATALOG . '</a>  |  <a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_DEFAULT, '', 'NONSSL') . '" class="headerLink">' . HEADER_TITLE_ADMINISTRATION . '</a>'; ?>  </td>

Thank you. Problem solved.

In catalog/admin/includes/configure.php on the line:

define('DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT', '/catalog/'); // where the pages are located on the server

I had the absolute path which is what was causing the problem.

Thanks again for the help.

David
