Owner email not working; extra order email ok

Hi,

Can anyone suggest what else I should troubleshoot for this windows based store - the store owner is not receiving emails with orders and the middle digits of the cc, but the extra order email feature works fine.

 

Here's what I've checked:

 

Admin/email options for windows: transport=SMTP, linefeeds=CRLF

email at catalog/admin/modules/payments/cc.php set w/ owners email

extra order email - this works fine

reverse lookup - I'm double checking with the host on this - but has been fine until recently

 

Client is at AOL, so the reverse lookup is certainly a possibility -- but both he and I (when testing)

receive the extra order but not the original order - and I'm not at AOL!

 

So, its an issue of the difference between function for orginal order and extra order.

 

Troubleshooting suggestions?

checked and dns reverse lookup is ok, so it is not that problem

I don't think this will ever be fixed. I have been searching the same topic for weeks now and tried all the contributions that I could find.

 

I just cannot find a fix at all.

 

If anyone has got one or found a link to a fix let us all know.

 

 

cre 6.2, IIS 6, win server 2003, php 4.4.4. mysql 4.1.21

 

Looking at my mail server logs it does not even attempt to send an email to the store owner but authenticates and sends the extra order emails.

 

I have tried all the ini sets and authentication fixes currently using phpmailer4osC
