TABLE-ZONES error...

My cart is working fine until I click to "checkout"... then I get this error... I had to restore a previous backup due to problems with another contribution, and I'm fairly certain it was working properly before I backed up... Sorry if this is a stupid question! I should add that my host just installed my SSL - could that be causing the problem?
