Hi there,

Is it possible to receive an extra email when someone signs up for an account - to let me know that they have signed up so I can get in touch with them straight away rather than keep checking the customers database daily?

Any help much appreciated.

You can use the 'send extra email' in configuration, OR use the comma in the email.

For example, your you have 2 email which is [email protected] and [email protected]. You probably need to use a comma, so the result would be,

[email protected], [email protected]

I never try this before, but i think this should be works because this is a logic :P

Hope this helps.

Thanks, but I have that set up already (extra emails) to send me a confirmation when an order is placed - I need an extra email when someone signs up?

To receive the notification from a customer sign up, i should be set in admin-> configuration-> E-mail Address.

You can make it run?

Or you may have a try in admin-> configuration-> e-mail options.

Thanks, I have the email set up in admin-> configuration-> E-mail Address, no relevant options are there in admin-> configuration-> e-mail options.

I do get confirmation when an order is placed - just need one for an account sign up. There must be a way in the code? Searched all the forums but to no avail.

Can anyone help please!
