Configure.php

Returned to my site this morning to find the following errors, which i believe stem from the calling of the configure.php file.

Now i have not done any work on this site for at least seven days but i check the site eveyday for a 'user' point of view and there have been no problems until this morning.

On the basis that i have not changed anything acn someone help with where to start looking as i am little unsure? Is it likely to be a problem caused by my 'hoster' or something more worrying?
