Problem with EP 2.75c - MS2

First, I installed the Add Fields contribution (several times), following the instuctions VERY carefully.

 

The file exports fine, but, when I go to import the editted file, I get the following

No errors at all, but, it will only update the first item. If I go into the file I'm uploading, and delete the first entry, it will install the next item correctly as a new product and will continue adding entries as new products as long as I delete the previous item in the upload file, but, just the first one.

 

If you'll notice on the items that don't get uploaded (this is a partial list, but all the other items look the same) the first or first and second numbers of the item are duplicated after a space (depending on the item number length).

 

I've gone through the process, from scratch, of installing EP and the Add Fields contributions, several times and it's becoming somewhat annoying. The result is always exactly the same.

 

Anyone a) seen this before and b) know how to fix it?
