Newly added categories mis-align boxes

When I create new categories the boxes within my pages get mis-aligned?

click on "Emtek" and notice the catlog box is mis-aligned and the box that contains the specials, advanced search, contact us, create an account and log in buttons are not showing???

 

If you click on BrockSupply Company and any of the sub products of BrockSupply Company you will see

the page as it should be.

I am having the same problem with 2 new pages that I made using this contrib

I made 4 pages all together ... 2 look perfect but the other 2, the left column is

mis-aligned. Here's a link to one of the pages http://ladykdelights.com/cart/why_soy.php

I've commented out the right column as it's not needed, since these are only info pages.

 

Suggestions?
