Downloading from an email link

My shop is 100% downloaded files. But instead of allowing user to download after payment, I would prefer to send them an email containing the link to execute the download.

 

Surely someone else is already doing this?

 

(Some transactions are to be billed or P.O. number, and I need to be sure that the logged in email address is really the person who purchases the files.)
