Admin, Catalog - New product Date Available notworking

Hello everyone,

 

This is probably a small issue but i do not know how to fix it, this was working in the past only thing i have done is add several contributions which are all working, problem is this:

 

In admin area under Catalog when editing or creating a new product the "Date Available" feature is not available... Same thing under Products Expected you do not have option to add anything???

 

Does anyone have an idea as to why this is not working?
