Adding Video Trailers to product descriptions

Hey peeps,

 

I run a video game sales store, I would like to add game trailers to the products decriptions, basically in the description I want a link that you can click to open a pop up mpeg movie trailer. Is there anyway to do this easy. I tried putting javascript into the product description box but it wont read the script if I do that.

 

Any suggestions on this.
