Yours is very plain and very nearly stock, which people dont like. You may also find that the black colour is off putting. My first comment would be to add some meta tag info. There are contributions to help you with this. Some of your information pages are blank. Something neds to go in thers. You need to add some form of image contribution and your thumbnail images are the same size as the large pictures. Remove the requests text from the footer, and the "this item was added to our" text on the product info pages. Remove the unneccessary info from your create account page. I do believe that most people will not give you a date of birth as they think its prying. If you need it, tell them why. These are the first things i noticed. I am sure that there is more that you need to do REMEMBER BACKUP, BACKUP AND BACKUP
