bows2babydolls Posted November 1, 2006 Posted November 1, 2006 hi there, I have never had a problem with this before, but today a customer made an order and paid through paypal. The paypal message was sent to me fine and the money is definitely in my paypal account. But no information is held either in my orders area of admin, or in my database. The customer also signed up for an account today which showed up fine in the customers area of admin. Any ideas as to what could be causing this? As to my knowledge i haven't fiddled with anything since the last order was placed. And is there any way to find the order info as its a bit unprofessional to email my custy asking what they ordered! ~me

Thankyou for the help :) I don't suppose theres any other way to find out what the order was without contacting the custy?
MSP Posted November 1, 2006 Posted November 1, 2006 you'll need to contact the customer for this order sorry... just make up some excuse and you need to confirm the order with them, they'll be fine about it
