bobg7 Posted November 1, 2006 Posted November 1, 2006 Sometimes I have a customer say they didn't get there order conformation email so I was wondering if there is a way while in Admin > Orders and I select an order, I can select a unique (Resend Conformation) Status from the dropdown that will send the customer a copy of the Order Conformation just like the one they should have been sent when the order was made. I know I need to make a new status entry but I just don't know how to code it. Thanks in advance.
