How do I add "suggested items to purchase" in oscommerce

I want to do one of two things.

 

Either A> Add a section to the check out that has suggested items. Like additional options for people to purchase.

 

or B> Change the section that has "customers who purchased this item also bought this item" to what i described above.

 

I want to have a set list of items do be displayed at check out as option items for customers to be able to tack onto their order.

 

How do I do this, what do I need to do this? Etc.
