Need help to get started!

My website is with APlus and I just installed the OSC from my host server. My website is built with Front Page. They are saying that I should do all my inputs and configuring online. This forum has stated many times that Front page can be a pain.

 

My question is, can I still download STS to make the pages look like my Front Page website? Can I download other contributions? How would that work if I am using OSC online through the host? Where do I download to???

 

I am anxious to get started but I'm not sure how to begin this.
