New Contribution - Checkout System (2 Clicks & Checked Out)

Hello All-

We're entering busy season in a few weeks, and if you're like me, we lost lots of business last year because of the long checkout system.

Even with FEC, PWA, and Alternative Checkout (I've installed and used all of them), continuing to have problems.

I want 2 clicks and out.

So I submitted this project to get custom designed by a professional firm... I am having it designed for a total of $425. Wanted to see if anyone was interested in splitting the cost with me- the more in, the less we'd all have to pay. Split equal.

I will share all the details with you (their bid from Elance, etc) if you are interested. It is being done through Escrow.

Once we all have it (and in time for the Holidays within a couple weeks) I'd like to release to the full community as a contribution in a few months.

Just looking to help defray the cost... anyone interested? Let me know.

Here's how I submitted it for design:

NO ACCOUNT REGISTRATION. When a user clicks on "Checkout" from the cart, they are taken directly to the first customized checkout screen.

Screen #1:

-Customer enters their name, street address, city, state, zip.

-Customer also enters the shipping address on this screen. (If address is the same they click a button to move the fields over)

-Shipping. The only shipping module needed will be the built-in "Table" and "Flat Fee" based shipping. No realtime calculations from UPS, etc.

-OPTIONAL Account Info. If the user wants to have an account setup using the OSCommerce account, they can click "Yes" and enter a password.

Screen #2:

-Recaps "Billing Address" & "Shipping Address" with an "Edit" button if neccessary.

-Recaps the total cost with shipping & product added together (plus tax if applicable).

-Enters in Credit Card information (We use Authorize.net, so that's we'll design it for, but probably can make it flexible of adding other options).

-Order is SUBMITTED from this page (This page double as the "Confirmation" screen. We had many people last year that didn't finish transactions as they thought the "Confirmation" screen was the end.

Screen #3:

-This is the current checkout_success.php page
