How do I remove CATEGORIES on page? see my example

All I want to do is remove the Categories all together in figure (A) so they dont show up / appear in the on the page. I just want the Categories and sub-categories only to show in the Menu. see example (_B)

 

How can this be done? does any one have a clue. I cant seem to figure this out. I am new to OSC.

OK it works great Categories are gone. but the word categories (Title still displays) on all pages .figure A

 

how can i remove that as well?

is that in the index.php as well?

its in the index.php but make sure you read the code because there is other simliar code in the same file that relate to other pages.

 

you can acutally just comment out the code instead of removing it like so by adding the slash marks //
