Guest Posted November 1, 2006 Posted November 1, 2006 My osCommerce site has been functioning well for a while now, then all of a sudden i got a call from a customer saying they could not log in to their account. What happens is, they put in their e-mail address and password hit the sign in button and it goes to a blank page with "file not found". Now if they hit the back button in their browser and click on catalog in the breadcrumb links they go to the correct page, all logged in! So it is sending the information and creating a cookie. My hoster has had major problems with their Apache Server, but now they reckon that it is all sorted, also they cannot replica the problem from their end. help, any ideas?

Guest Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 This is all sorted now. There was an error in the configure file (catalog/includes/configure.php), I didn't correctly define the https and for some reason my site functioned perfectly well despite this error untill the server was rebooted. Anyway, that's a load off my mind :)
