PAYPAL IPN WON"T PASS SHIPPING ADDRESS!!!!

PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS ONE if anybody knows the solution.

 

I installed Paypal IPN today. Everything works great. Here is the problem:

 

After checking out(after paying), I go to paypal.com to check if money came in. Yes, it did. However,

if I click on the details of the transaction, it would not show shipping address. As a matter of fact, when customers check out on paypal site, it does not show any shipping address.

 

Please help me on this issue. It's not a problem with known customers, however, for new customers, I cannot be protected under paypal sellers protection.
